Ray is great to work with. In the weddings and events industry where detail is absolutely key, he listens to your needs and will ask all the right questions to ensure the product is exactly what you want. I appreciate that he sends sample photos to confirm the ideas I throw at him which ultimately leads to him providing a prototype model so that I can see and feel the product before going forward with the purchase for myself or for my clients.

He's helped me with very last minute requests, can create any style and design (from casual, to elegant to dramatic) in small or large quantities, and his prices are very reasonable.

Ray is open to receiving criticism and feedback and will help offer suggestions or alternative ideas if something doesn't work out. For example, one of the first projects I had him do were acrylic table numbers. The feet that came with the table numbers were very light and would either break or fall off very easily. I brought this up to him and eventually we worked together to create a solid wooden base that was within my client's budget that I still use to this day.
