A Journey in the Making
Like many other businesses, it all started with an idea. In this case, the idea was a create a bespoke printing service that catered to digital artists. Many artists, were producing beautiful digital works, but struggled to get it printed properly. On the other side, many printers were not giving these artists, and their work, the care they deserved.
I realized I was in a unique position: educated as a graphic designer, and trained as a print and sign maker, I could help people bring their digital creations into the real world. This is where the name Printed by Ray comes from.
Eventually I left the printing world, but my goal to help others turn their ideas into a tangible product stuck. And the company naturally evolved to become a handcrafted design and manufacturing service, offering both original and custom products.
