Instructions
If you intend to use this component with Finsweet's Table of Contents attributes follow these steps:
  1. Remove the current class from the content27_link item as Webflows native current state will automatically be applied.
  2. To add interactions which automatically expand and collapse sections in the table of contents select the content27_h-trigger element, add an element trigger and select Mouse click (tap)
  3. For the 1st click select the custom animation Content 28 table of contents [Expand] and for the 2nd click select the custom animation Content 28 table of contents [Collapse].
  4. In the Trigger Settings, deselect all checkboxes other than Desktop and above. This disables the interaction on tablet and below to prevent bugs when scrolling.

Proofs

Digital proofs will be provided for personalized and custom orders. All proofs will reference sizing and materials to be used, and will be made to scale where possible.

Production work will not begin until we receive written approval (via email or text message) that the designs have been accepted.

A 50% deposit is due once proofs are approved.

Changes/ Revisions

During the design stage, we will provide a reasonable number of design revisions. The expectation is that the number and scale of changes will become smaller with each revision.

We will try our best to accommodate changes at later stages, but we may not always be able to, due to factors such as availability of materials, production deadlines, etc.

Generally, no changes can be made at production stage. Small changes may still be possible (ie. typos), and will vary depending on each project.

Significant changes (including but not limited to material choice, quantity ordered, or major design revisions), could result in additional time and cost, and may require a new quote and invoice total. You will be asked to approve any pricing changes before production is finalized.

Pricing

Price quotes are close estimates to final price, based on available information, and are provided free of charge.

Prices are subject to change at any time. However, prices listed on a quote will be honoured for as long as the quote is valid. Deposits made on a quote will guarantee the listed prices until the project is complete.

We will get your approval for all prices and designs before production begins.

Rentals

Currently, only the arch shaped mirror is available for rental. The rental fee includes a full-day availability for the item, and custom vinyl lettering.

Free delivery and pick up is available up to 3 days before and/or after the event. A $50 charge will be applied to day-of deliveries, and includes set up and tear down.

If necessary, renter is responsible for moving the mirror between different venues during event.

In case of damage, such as significant scratches or cracked glass, large dents to frame, or broken stand, customer agrees to pay $150 for replacement mirror.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order, and move into the production stage. The remaining 50% is due at time of delivery.

Currently, e-transfer is the only accepted payment option.

Artistic Variation

We will do our best to match samples provided, such as colours, patterns, fonts, etc., but please understand it is not always possible to get an exact match. This is especially true with natural materials such as wood and stone, where their colouring and patterns are unique to each piece, and may be slightly different from the photos.

In the event we cannot get an exact match, we will provide a close match or comparable alternative, including colours, fonts, and materials.

Responsibility for Items

After we deliver your order, you are responsible for the care of your items before and during your event. We will not be responsible for any damage that might occur after you have received it.

In the event of damages, we may be able to help with repairs and/or remakes, subject to time constraints and for an additional fee.

For rentals, the renter is responsible for keeping the item damage-free. Any damage is subject to the replacement fee outlined above and on the rental agreement.

Returns and Cancellations

Since all orders are custom, returns are not accepted, and refunds will not be given. You may cancel your order anytime up to the end of the design stage. Any designs created for you will remain our property, and will not be given out.

If your order has entered production stage (meaning the deposit has been paid), cancellations are no longer accepted. We will complete the order, and you will be expected to pay the order in full.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete your order, we will let you know as soon as possible, and will refund your payment in full. This is the only scenario where a refund will be issued, and this refund will be our only liability to you.

Promotional Photographs

You agree that we can take and use our own photos of your items for marketing and promotional purposes. If we receive and use photographs from your event photographer, we will credit the photographer.
